The terms are often used interchangeably. We quote the work required to help prepare your property for handover, based on the property and checklist.
Do you clean inside cupboards and ovens?
These can be included when agreed and quoted. Please tell us which appliances, cabinets and windows need attention before the clean.
When should I book my end of lease clean?
Ideally arrange it after furniture and personal items have been removed, while water and power are still connected and before the final inspection.
